Tools Menu
Web Cafe offers you several tools by which you can control your client machines from the server itself. These tools allow you to restart or shutdown client machines and, enforce several restrictions on them. Restrictions, like hiding the desktop, not allowing to change display or network settings, disabling network access, disabling file download and, many others can be enforced on the client machines. There are in all more than 50 such restrictions available.
You can also set several options to specify how Web Cafe should handle certain transactions. All the tools and options are explained below in detail.
The Tools menu comprises of the 18 menu items as shown below in the screen shot.
For security reasons access to some of the tools and options is through a valid password
