Rate Master
Every slot you create in the 'Slot Master', must have an appropriate rate associated with it. 'Rate Master' is used for this purpose. Rates for both members and non-members are fed in this rate master. Web Cafe is built with an assumption that, members will be charged on a per-minute basis, and non-members will be charged Slab wise.
For e.g.
Suppose your slab is of 15 minutes. Now if a customer (non-member) spends only 5 minutes in your cyber cafe then, he will be charged for the entire slab (15 minutes). This is because the slab nearest to 5 minutes is 15 minutes. Similarly, if any customer spends 18 minutes then, he will be charged for 30 minutes. (30 minutes is the slab nearest to 18 minutes)
If you want that members also should be charged slab wise then, you will have to specify a round-off time for them. Suppose you set a round-off time for members to 15 minutes. Now if a member spends 10 minutes in your cyber cafe then, he will be charged for 15 minutes (round-off time) rather than for 10 minutes. In this way surfing time of members is rounded off to the nearest possible time.
This menu item appears under the Masters menu as shown below in the screen-shot:

When this menu item is clicked you will be asked to enter Admin password. Enter the password and you will see a screen similar to the one shown below:
