Masters Menu
Before you begin using Web Cafe, you need to feed in a basic set of information for the software. This includes information like, total number machines in your cyber cafe and their identification, the rates per hour, services like Printing, Tea, Coffee etc. you provide to your customers, details of pre-paid members if any, and the different slot timings (if you charge different rate per hour during the same day). Besides these, you can also specify your cyber cafe name and address, currency to be used, a list of sites you want to ban usage of and, several other similar details.
All these information are fed in through the Masters menu. After all the required information are provided for Web Cafe, it is ready for use.
The Masters menu comprises of the 10 menu items as shown below in the screen shot.
For security reasons access to each of the menu items is through a valid Admin / User password
