Modify User Account
By default, newly created user accounts expire one month after their date of creation. Every user account created, will have two conditions for expiration. One is the Date and, the other is the Balance reaching below a minimum level (which is set to Zero by default). Out of these two conditions, whichever condition occurs earlier the account is locked and treated as Expired. You use this menu item ('Modify User Account') to change the details like 'Password', 'Category', 'Expiry Date' and 'Minimum Balance' of already existing user accounts.
This menu item appears under the Masters menu as shown below in the screen-shot:

When this menu item is clicked you will be asked to enter User password. Enter the password and you will see a screen similar to the one shown below:
