Manage Graffiti
Graffiti is like a public message board. A customer can post (write) any messages in a graffiti which can be viewed by all other customers. All graffiti messages are visible to you on the server side so that, you can delete unwanted messages and retain only useful ones.
This menu item appears under the Transactions menu as shown below in the screen-shot:

When this menu item is clicked you will see a screen similar to the one shown below:
