Logoff User
Sometimes it may happen that, your customers forget to logoff from Web Cafe after they finish their browsing session. They come to you directly, to pay the bill. At such moments, you can logoff the customer from the server itself rather than, asking him to go back to his terminal and logoff.
Right-click on the machine where the customer was surfing and, click on the option 'Logoff'. The user is logged off and, a bill is generated in the Pending Bills section.
This menu item appears under the Transactions menu as shown below in the screen-shot:
