Create User Account
A user account is a combination of 'Username' and 'Password' created for every pre-paid customer. By default, new user accounts expire one month after their date of creation. Every user account created, will have two conditions for expiration. One is the Date and, the other is the Balance reaching below a minimum level (which is set to Zero by default) . Out of these two conditions, whichever occurs earlier the account is locked and treated as Expired. To re-activate an expired account, the particular user will have to contact the Administrator (the cyber cafe manager)
This menu item appears under the Masters menu as shown below in the screen-shot:

When this menu item is clicked you will be asked to enter User password. Enter the password and you will see a screen similar to the one shown below:
