Change User Name
Web Cafe requires that customers identify themselves before they login. Members are identified by their unique Login Id & Password which you have assigned to them. However, non members do have such Login Ids. They have to just enter their name in the space provided and login. At times it may happen that, walk-in customers (non-members) may not enter a proper name. They may enter junk characters as their name like, 'hsjahsjah' and login. Now, when such customers logout, their bill gets generated under the same invalid name which they had entered while logging in.
To have control over such issues, Web Cafe has provided this feature of 'Change User Name'.
However, note that this feature will only work for non-members. You cannot change usernames of members! Fig. 2.12 below, shows an instance where the user name is required to change.
This menu item appears under the Transactions menu as shown below in the screen-shot:

When this menu item is clicked you will see a screen similar to the one shown below:

As seen in the above screen shot, a user on machine 'SANTOSH' has not entered his proper name. Hence, his name is being changed to a proper value.
