Ask Question
Suppose, your customer has placed an order for a particular service say PEPSI. But, you know that PEPSI is currently out of stock and is not available. In this situation, you will have to go to your customer's desk and inform him that PEPSI is out of stock, would he like to have some other cold drink?
Ask Question is useful in such circumstances. When you click on this menu item, you will see a screen similar to the one shown below where, you can enter your question to be asked and, get the reply there itself. No need to walk down to the customer's desk all the way round!
This menu item appears under the Transactions menu as shown below in the screen-shot:
