Action Bar
To the right you can find the Action Bar. Please move your mouse cursor to the screen border right of you to have it appear.
What is it good for?
The Action Bar is most important as it is the place where you decide what to do with the capture. As you can see, it offers several actions to be executed.
What can it do?
Choose whether to keep, print, e-mail, copy to the clipboard or erase your capture. Whatever your action might be, the capture will always be saved on your harddisk except for the erase command.
What should be known?
Once you have chosen an action it is immediately executed without any questions. This was done by design in order to keep your work fluently. So to avoid mistakes please choose your actions with care.
 Reject capture
The snapshot is not stored.
 Keep capture
Saves the image in the selected output folder.
 Keep capture and open output folder
Saves the image and brings you directly to the selected output folder. Click here to get more information about how to change the output folder.
 Copy to clipboard
Copy the file to the clipboard.
 Send capture by e-mail
Enables you to send the capture quickly by email.
Note: a MAPI compatible e-mail client is required (MAPI stands for "Messaging Application Programming Interface".)
 Print capture
Opens the standard print dialog in order to print your captured image.
 Open the help
Opens directly the help section of the action bar.
