Getting Started

Knowledge Base Navigation

  • To move to Next Knowledgebase page Click [>] button
  • To move to Previous Knowledgebase page Click [<] button
  • To move to First Knowledgebase page Click [<<] button
  • To move to Last Knowledgebase page Click [>>] button

Knowledgebase Cluster

The creation of Knowledgebase Cluster is as follows:

Mailgroup - mm-dd-yy-hhmm >> Taxonomy-1....Taxonomy- n

Select Knowledge Base

From the Select Knowledgebase dropdown list select a Knowledgebase.

Knowledgebase are created according to the Mail Group and the Date.

Select Taxonomy

Select Taxonomy from the Select Taxonomy dropdown list

Once you select a Knowledgebase the Taxonomy list is automatically populated with the taxonomy you selected in the Navigator engine settings tab.

Delete a Page from Knowledge Base

If you incase find any Knowledgebase page irrelevant, you can delete them from the Knowledgebase.

Click the Delete Page button in KMNavigator window

Delete Knowledgebase

To delete a particular Knowledgebase

  • Select the Knowledgebase from the dropdown list in KM Navigator.
  • Click the delete button.

This operation will delete the Knowledgebase and all the Taxonomy created with it.

View Original Page

If you wish to View the latest web version of the Knowledgebase page Click the View Original Page button in KMNavigator window.

View web page

  • You can view any web page or website just by entering the URL in the Address textbox and Click go.
  • To move Back and Forward while surfing through the Web use the Back and Forward buttons above the Address bar in KMNavigator.
