Organizer MP3: Add directories or enhance songs with information and lyrics

Add Directories

1. The previous step should have left you with a very large window, called "Organizer Mp3 - New Collection" or "Organizer Mp3 - Edit Collection". Now click "Add" near the "Songs" label.

   

   
   A new window will appear, called "Select directories of your MP3 files".

   

2. On the left side of the new window, select a directory that you want to add to the collection. Then click the ">" button. The selected directory is added to the right-hand list. Or to add all the directories that are inside a single parent directory, double-click the parent directory and click the ">>" button.
3. Do the same for each additional directory that you want to add: browse to it, select it, and add it to the right-hand list by clicking the ">" button. If you make a mistake and want to remove a single directory from the right-hand list, select the directory there and click the "<" button. If you want to clear the right-hand list completely, click the "<<" button.
4. When your list includes all the directories you want, click "OK" to copy the files into your collection. You will notice that each directory becomes an album in the collection, and the album cover is displayed if you included it as a *.jpg, *.jpeg, or *.bmp file in the corresponding directory. You may find that the album automatically receives the correct name (on the basis of information from the MP3 files). Or if the MP3 files have more than one tag, you are asked which tag has the correct song information.
5. Add further groups of complete directories in the same way, if you wish. Or add single directories, or single songs, as explained below. Or enhance the albums, or songs with information and lyrics.
