Recycle Bin
To delete data in RPM, select a data item and click the Delete button  .
The item is then deleted from the data screen and saved in the Recycle Bin.
The item stays in the Recycle Bin until you choose to delete it permanently, or to restore it. Restoring it replaces the item in the main database; it is "undeleted."
Restore Items

To restore a deleted item, open the Recycle Bin  .

Select the item by clicking on its row. Select multiple items by clicking each one in its check box. OR, select All Items by clicking the Select All button  .
- Click Restore Selected
 . The selected item is removed from the Recycle Bin and returned to the main database.
Delete Items Permanently

To delete an item permanently, open the Recycle Bin .

Select the item by clicking on its row. Select multiple items by clicking each one in its check box. OR, select All Items by clicking the Select All button .

Click Delete Selected  . The item is permanently deleted.
