Reports
Reports can be selected from the Reports menu on the main frame or by selecting the reports button. If the reports button is selected it brings up the below option screen. This window is to give you the options for the primary inventory report. By selecting or unselecting the options it will turn or off detail bands in the report and the selected data will either be displayed or not displayed. Note: If you have selected in the Utility / Display Options menu to not use certain functions in the program then these options will be grayed out and not available at report time. If you select Display Images you will have two buttons below, Print 2 Across and Print 3 Across. These buttons give you the option to have the images printed either two or three across and reduce the number of pages that may print. If Display Images is unselected, these buttons disappear and a single print button is displayed. This report selection prints the entry inventory on a single report.
If you are in an inventory record and select the Print Images button you will see the below window displayed. This gives you the ability to select an inventory report for this specific record or image only reports for the selected record.
