Main Screen
The main frame of the application contains traditional windows drop down menus and menu buttons to take you directly into the main functions of the program. By selecting the My Inventory button you will be brought to the primary inventory list. This window has a list of the inventory items and a display of the primary fields on the right of the screen. As you select new records the display of information will automatically update to provide you with the majority of information without having to go into the form to view the information. To view the images for the Highlighted items select the Gallery tab.
The Gallery screen displays thumbnail images of the inventory item or area. When you have more than ten images per record the Previous and Next Page buttons become available so you can page through all of the images related to this record. By hovering the mouse over one of the thumbnail images you will see a tool tip that displays the description information you entered when you added the image or scan. By clicking with the left mouse button a full screen viewer will display an enlargement of the image selected.
The Inventory Image Viewer allows you to pan, zoom in or out and study the image for detail
