View Data
Objective
This screen lets you view, edit, rearrange how data is displayed and print data to your Windows printer.
How to Use
Use Command buttons at the bottom of the screen to change displays, delete an individual row of data that is no longer required, or send data to the printer.
To use the search capability if available, type in letters, word(s), etc... for search and then press the Enter key to begin search of data.
To edit displayed data, for Home Inventory you must be in List By Item display. Then Highlight an Item for editing, then use the Right Mouse Button or Edit Option and select Edit Highlighted Item. An edit screen will then appear which lets you make changes to the selected item.
To Load Picture
To add a photo of an item, first click one item to edit as described above then click on the Add/Edit button and select picture location, followed by the appropriate button as desired. File must then be saved for picture to be added.
[Note: The program saves the path to the picture not the picture itself, so if you move the picture to a new location the picture path will have to be loaded again in order for the picture to be displayed!]
