Spelling Check

Objective

Check you entries for misspelled words.

How to Use

When you first select the Spelling Check Button, spelling check will check for misspelled or unknown words. If one is found it will be highlighted on the input screen and if possible suggested words are found they will be displayed.

If a suggested word is the one you desire to use click on it in the spelling check box and several buttons will become available which let you update just the current displayed word or all words with the same spelling.

If a word is found that is not in the current dictionary but the word is correct, just click the add button and the word will be added to the secondary dictionary so the word will not appear as incorrect in the future.

Special Note

If you click the spelling check button and spelling check does not find an incorrect or misspelled word, as message box will appear letting you know that no misspelled words were found.
