Menu Planner
Objective
Plan your menus for the future with this handy little routine.
How to Use
Select the appropriate date by using the mouse or the arrow keys to move around the calendar.
After selecting the date, enter menu items, etc. in the appropriate boxes, then save, and or print for future use.
Command Buttons are all self explanatory - so use as desired or required!
Please use the Enter key or Tab key to move from text entry box to text entry box.
The drop down lists let you select menu items that have already been entered so you don't have to retype them each time you use the program.
Whenever you enter a new menu item that is not already in the drop down list it will be automatically added to the list for you.
[Note: In order for a new entry to be added to the drop down list, you must either press the Enter Key, or the Tab Key, or Click on a new Text entry box, after entering the item in a Text entry box. When this occurs it causes the program to check the newly entered item to see if it is already on a drop down list and then enters it, if it is not.]
You can move to desired areas of the list by first typing in a letter or two of a menu item and then selecting the drop down list arrow. As an example suppose you wanted to select Waffles, in the text box, just type in W and then click on the down arrow and the list will go to the first item that starts with W. This feature keeps you from having to scroll through the entire list to the W's. Be sure and try it.
