Emergency Storage
Objective
This function was added allow the monitoring of items that might be needed for a 72 hours emergency pack, etc.
How to Use
To enter Item names or amounts onto the grid, first place the mouse arrow over the desired location and click the left mouse button. Type the entry in the Input Box and press Enter. If you try to select a location that does not allow user input, the highlight will jump to the first column.
[Note: You can enter data in different category screens, but to save you must first click or be in the All display screen.]
Approx. Amts Button - restores the approximate amounts per person to their original program amounts.
[Note: This Button, Item Defaults and Print and the Options-
Clear Last. . . can only be activated when All Items are viewed.]
Item Defaults Button - this Command will replace the first column titles back to their original names.
[Note: Be Aware that this command will erase all titles you may have entered and they will need to be entered again!]
All Button - this Button with the others along the bottom can be used to view All Items or only items that falls within the group name.
[Note: Activate with the mouse or press Alt + Underlined key.]
Special Options
Options - Grid BackColor, Grid Text Color and Panel Color. Customize the colors used in this screen.
[Note: If you make changes, when you Exit a Screen will appear, asking if you want to save changes.]
Grid Options - the Grid has the following options and capabilities:
Scroll Bar - if you place the cursor over the vertical scroll bar button and while holding down the left mouse button and then move the scroll bar button it will show the number of the row that is currently at the top of the Grid to help you know where you are in the grid.
Scroll Wheel - If you mouse control has a scroll wheel, place the cursor anywhere over the grid area and then you can use the scroll wheel to scroll up or down the grid.
