Crossword Puzzles
Objective
Enter correct word, based on the clue(s) given in the Across and Down boxes to complete the crossword puzzle.
How to Use
To begin, activate the Start Button. The crossword screen will be generated and word clues will appear at the bottom of the screen. A Panel will then appear giving you the option of using the current puzzle or selecting another.
To select an area in which you desire to enter a word, place the mouse arrow key over the Numbered square and click the left mouse key, [Note: If the number is for both Across and Down entries, just keep clicking the left mouse button until the desired entry is displayed.], or you can select by placing the mouse arrow over the desired word clue and click the left mouse button, or press the Tab key until you are in the Across or Down list boxes then use the Up and Down arrow keys to move to the desired clue.
Once you have selected an area for word entry as explained above, the clue will appear in the panel at the top of the puzzle. Enter the word by typing the word you believe is correct, and then press the Enter Key to enter the word onto the puzzle grid. To correct errors press the Backspace key.
Special Options
Puzzle Level
Level 1 is generally easier clues and words.
Level 2 - anything goes.
Word Help
If unable to figure out the word, this Button will enter the correct word.
