FAQ

I can not delete directory on FTP server

by default, FTPRush can not delete directory on FTP server because of the directory includes some hidden files. please open option dialog, select "show hidden files" from "connection"/"list mode"

Can not connect to SSL FTP server, always say "Protocol not supported(10043)"

this message tell you there have no OpenSSL dll on your system. please download OpenSSL DLL from website, and unzip to your FTPRush directory or System32 directory of windows

Why I can not see multi-language in FTP server

  1. make sure you are using the FTPRush unicode version
  2. make sure the FTP server supports UTF8, RaidenFTPD and G6FTPD support UTF8 feature
  3. make sure the font of "remote/local/queue" is unicode font, "tahoma" is recommended
