One Sample T Test

The Main Steps Of Operation:

To compare variance of the sampled values to a given value, following these steps:

  1. Input your data in Data Editor.
  2. Select Stats -> Hypothesis Tests -> Compare Variances -> One Sample... from the menus.
  3. Select variables in Compare Variances: One Sample dialogbox, input test value in Test field, input confidence value in Confidence field, and click OK button.

Outputs:

Outputs include Test value, df(degree of freedom), chi-square(chi-square value) and sig(significance of chi-square). If the value of sig is lower to significance level, then null hypothesis is rejected.
