Extended Image Tags Viewer
With Extended Image Tags Viewer you can find out, which image tags your photos support.
With this knowledge you will be able to use one or more of extended image tags in images destination path while their organizing.
For example, if your images have IPTC tags and for them is defined IPTC tag "City", then you may organize your photos by cities, in which your photos were made.
How to start
There are two variants, how you can start Extended Image Tags Viewer:
- Using program main window top menu: "View" -> "Image file tags (EXIF, IPTC, etc.)";
- Using button "Check, which tags your image files support" in "Extended Image Tag Selector" window, that is shown on the screenshot below:

How to use

Here you can view, which tags of your image files are defined and which values they have.
This may be useful, if you want to organize your photos using any advanced image tags: EXIF, IPTC, MakerNote, GPS, GeoTiff, XMP and so on.
Here you may see numbers of tags and their values on example of your photos, so you will know, which tags you can include in organized photos path (see image file address template on "Tools" -> "Settings" program main window top menu item -> "Moving rules" -> "Main" tab page -> Double click on image files rule to edit destination address, insert custom photo tags in processed images destination path) while photos organizing.
To use it, press "Select" button and select image file, extended image tags of whose you want to view. It's tags will be shown in the "Image file Tags values" text box, as shown on the screenshot above. |
