Convert Note Types
You can easily convert from one note type to another, and usually most of the existing note data will be preserved. To do this open the Note Properties dialog (double click on node or type F2) and change to the desired note type.
For example if you change from a Spreadsheet type note to a RichView type note, you will see that most of your data is preserved.
NOTE:
One case to watch out for is converting from any note type to a Spreadsheet type note. In this case no data will be preserved. If you want to preserve your data, you need to first select and copy it to the clipboard and then change to the Spreadsheet type note. Then you can paste the data to wherever you want to. |
