You can open this dialog by pressing Settings button on toolbar and selecting "Hotkeys" tab or using [File | Settings] menu command.

Here you can customize system wide hotkeys which enables to add tasks and passwords

Minimize to tray after adding task or password using hotkey

This option hides new task or password window after clickin OK button if Personal Assistant was minimized before pressing hotkey and minimizes it back.
