To convert WAV, WMA, OGG to MP3 or resample MP3, just do as below:

1. Add files by "Add File" or "Add Path". MP3, WAV, WMA and OGG are all accepted. Remove the file by clicking "Remove" or "Clear" button - Just remove the file-recorder from filelist, not really delect them from your computer.
2. Do your settings. You can set the parameters yourself. Just click "Options" button and active the "MP3 Setting" page, then you can do your settings. If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, Frequency is 44,100Hz, Channel is Stereo, Bitrate is 128kb, Quality is 5, VBR Bitrate is 128kb, VBR Quality is 5. Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.
3. To edit the ID3 information, just select the file you want to edit and then click "ID3 Tag", edit the Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment information for the created mp3 file. The title information is also the name of the created file.
4. Choose Output Settings to "MP3", click "Convert", then the conversion will begin. To terminate the conversion, click "Stop" button.

Notice:

1. After clicking "Convert", if a message as "Don't support this MP3 format, please try another frequency or bitrate." appears, it because you have set high frequency and low bitrate or have set low frequency and high bitrate. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate and so on.
2. VBR stands for "Variable Bit Rate". Using VBR will allow the sampler to vary the bit rate depending on the profile of the incoming audio signal.
3. Protected or locked WMA files can't and won't be converted for copyright reason.
4. To pre-listen your file, please select the file by clicking on it, then click "Play" button.
5. To add entire folder and sub-folders, please click File -> Add Path and choose the folder you want to add. Check "Include Sub-folders" then the sub-folder will be added, uncheck "Include Sub-folder" will be neglected.
