WAV/MP3/OGG/WMA Settings Tab

"WAV/MP3/OGG/WMA Settings" tab page is for defining special CD, WAV, MP3, OGG and WMA settings which influence the quality of the created WAV, MP3, OGG and WMA files.

CD-ROM Drive

CD-ROM Drive - select the CD-ROM drive available which you want to extract the audio CD tracks from.

WAV Settings

Using "WAV" combo box you can select format of the WAV files to be created based on the extracted audio CD track.

The following WAV audio formats are supported by MP3Producer:

22050 Hz Mono
22050 Hz Stereo
44100 Hz Mono
44100 Hz Stereo

MP3 Settings

MPEG
MPEG1/MPEG2 Version of MPEG format in which files will be encoded. MPEG1 layer III allows 32, 44.1, 48 (kHz) samplerates and 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 80, 96, 112, 128, 160, 192, 224, 256, 320 (kbs) bitrates. MPEG2 layer III allows 16, 22.05, 24 (kHz) samplerates and 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 80, 96, 112, 128, 144, 160 (kbs) bitrates.

Presets For those who don't want to understand subtleties.
Phone Quality of sound transmitted over telephone loop.
SW Quality of shortwave (SW) radio sound.
AM Quality of AM radio sound
FM Quality of FM radio sound.
Voice Quality of recorded speech sound.
Radio Sounding of a quality FM receiver.
Tape Sounding of a tape recorder.
Hi Fi Sounding of a quality tape recorder.
CD Sounding of a CD player.
Studio Sounding of a quality CD player.
