Main Menu is situated in the top left side of MP3Producer main window. It provides all functions available on MP3Producer.
Refresh CD: Reread audio CD information.
hot key: Ctrl + R
After performing this operation all the statuses of the tracks will be cleared (without deleting extracted files) and all the tracks in Track List will be checked.
Open File...: Open a WAV file for encoding to MP3/OGG/WMA or an OGG/WMA file for decoding to WAV in Track List.
hot key: Ctrl + Ins
Open Directory...: Open a directory with WAV files for encoding to MP3/OGG/WMA or with OGG/WMA files for decoding to WAV in Track List.

Encode CD to MP3: Start the process of extracting CD tracks in WAV files and encoding the WAV files to MP3 files. Available only on "CD to MP3" mode.

Rip CD to WAV: Start the process of extracting CD tracks in WAV files. Available only on "CD to WAV" mode.

Encode WAV to WMA

Ctrl + E Start the process of encoding WAV files to WMA files. Available only on "WAV to WMA" mode.
Decode MP3 to WAV

Ctrl + E Start the process of decoding MP3 files to WAV files. Available only on "MP3 to WAV" mode.
Decode OGG to WAV

Ctrl + E Start the process of decoding OGG files to WAV files. Available only on "OGG to WAV" mode.
Decode WMA to WAV
hot key:
Ctrl + E Start the process of decoding WMA files to WAV files. Available only on "WMA to WAV" mode.
Stop
hot key:
Ctrl + S Stop the running process of extracting or encoding (the resulting WAV/MP3/OGG/WMA files from the items processed only partially won't be created).
Extract CD Segment... Define a Segment of Audio CD to be extracted: you can extract part of audio CD of any duration without difference between songs or any part of song in a WAV/MP3/OGG/WMA file.
Get CD Info from FreeDB...
hot key:
Ctrl + F Get album information (tracks titles, artist name, album title and album year) from FreeDB Server (Internet connection is required).
Submit to FreeDB... Submit the tracks titles edited in Track List to FreeDB.
CD-ROM Drive Choose a CD-ROM drive CD tracks are to be extracted from (in case several drives are installed on your computer).
Select Output Directory...

Ctrl + O Choose an output directory where extracted WAV and encoded MP3, OGG and WMA files should be stored.
Edit
Track Info...
hot key:
Alt + Enter Show "Track Info" window (track name, play time, status, album info, track size, sectors range, WAV, MP3, OGG and WMA info).
Clear Status Clear status for the currently selected item in Track List.
Clear Status for All Clear status for all the items in Track List.
Play
hot key:
Ctrl + P Play the selected CD track in Track List (see the time of playing in column "Status").
Play WAV Play created WAV file using default external WAV player (Windows Media Player or another one installed on your computer).
Play MP3 Play created MP3 file using default external MP3 player (Windows Media Player or another one installed on your computer).
Play OGG Play created OGG file using default external OGG player (Windows Media Player or another one installed on your computer).
Play WMA Play created WMA file using default external WMA player (Windows Media Player or another one installed on your computer).
Check All
hot key:
Ctrl + A Check all the items in Track List (the checked items will be processed).
Invert All
hot key:
Ctrl + I Invert selection in Track List (all checked tracks become unchecked, and all unchecked ones become checked).
Uncheck All
hot key:
Ctrl + U Uncheck all the items in Track List (the unchecked items won't be processed).
Edit Title
hot key:
Enter Manually edit title (name) of the selected item in Track List. The program automatically adds the .mp3/.ogg/.wma extension to the file name. If an MP3/WAV/OGG/WMA file has a wrong extension, the program will change it to the default.
Mode
CD to MP3 Set active "CD to MP3" mode. Using this mode, you can rip checked CD tracks and store them in MP3 format on your hard drive.
CD to WAV Set active "CD to WAV" mode. Using this mode, you can rip checked CD tracks and store them in WAV format on your hard drive.
CD to OGG Set active "CD to OGG" mode. Using this mode, you can rip checked CD tracks and store them in OGG format on your hard drive.
CD to WMA Set active "CD to WMA" mode. Using this mode, you can rip checked CD tracks and store them in WMA format on your hard drive.
WAV to MP3 Set active "WAV to MP3" mode. Using this mode, you can encode checked WAV files into MP3 format and store them on your hard drive.
WAV to OGG Set active "WAV to OGG" mode. Using this mode, you can encode checked WAV files into OGG format and store them on your hard drive.
WAV to WMA Set active "WAV to WMA" mode. Using this mode, you can encode checked WAV files into WMA format and store them on your hard drive.
MP3 to WAV Set active "MP3 to WAV" mode. Using this mode, you can decode checked MP3 files into WAV format and store them on your hard drive.
OGG to WAV Set active "OGG to WAV" mode. Using this mode, you can decode checked OGG files into WAV format and store them on your hard drive.
WMA to WAV Set active "WMA to WAV" mode. Using this mode, you can decode checked WMA files into WAV format and store them on your hard drive.
