ID3 Tag Tab
Using "ID3 Tag" tab page you can fill out the fields of ID3 Tag containing in an MP3/OGG/WMA file.
Tick the checkboxes 'Write ID3v1 Tag into MP3 files' and/or Write ID3v2 Tag into MP3 files to write/not ID3v1 and/or ID3v2 tag into MP3 files (available on modes "CD to MP3" and "WAV to MP3").
Tick the checkbox 'Write Tag into OGG files' to write/not Tag into OGG files (available on modes "CD to OGG" and "WAV to OGG").
Tick the checkbox 'Write Tag into WMA files' to write/not Tag into WMA files (available on modes "CD to WMA" and "WAV to WMA").
ID3 tag is a small volume of information which is stored in the end of an MP3/OGG/WMA file and contains the names of album, tracks and artist, year of issue, genre of music, your comments, etc. It can be found in a player where the file is being played (for example, in Winamp hot key is Alt + 3)
There are two versions of ID3 Tags: ID3v1 and ID3v2. They contain the following fields:

If you have got Internet connection you are able to use function "Get CD info from FreeDB" (press button "FreeDB" in Main Bar or use Main Menu: Action > Get CD Info from FreeDB...). But if you haven't you should fill out the fields manually. All fields except field "Title" are situated on this tab ID3 Tag. Field "Title" is situated in Track List, column "Title".
Note: Keep in mind that in ID3v1 tags mode you are limited to a maximum number of characters (1 character = 1 byte) for each tag field name:

Stored as 1 byte ID3v1 tag index, so it's impossible to add your custom genres to the tag. |

Click the button to change register case in the field:
As is - don't change the filenames case.
Upper first letter - upper only the first letter of the filename.
Upper All First Letters - upper all first letters of the filename.
lower all - lower all letters of the filename.
UPPER ALL - upper all letters of the filename.
RaNDoMizE - randomize the filenames case.
iNVERT cASE - invert case of the filename.
Clear - clear the field.
