Filename Tab
Using "Filename" tab page you can determine the format of the created WAV, MP3, OGG or WMA files and the format and the type of the playlist.

Base Output Directory
Output directory (a directory where all the converted files should be stored) consists of two following parts:
1. Base output directory which you choose with function "Select Output Directory..." in "Base Output Directory" edit box (press ).
2. Subdirectory which you define using "\" symbol in "Subdirectory and Filename" edit box.
Example:
Artist = "Linkin Park "
Album = "Hybrid Theory"
Edit box "Base Output Directory" = "D:/Music/"
Edit box "Subdirectory and Filename" = "<artist> "<album>"/<number01> - <title>"
Output Directory D://Music/Linkin Park "Hybrid Theory"/
My Music - tick to set the C:\\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\My Music directory as the base output directory (default for Windows).
Shared Music - tick to set the C:\\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Music directory as the base output directory (default for Windows).
Input Directory - tick to set the input directory as the output one.
Disc Type
Disc Type - choose whther the disc is an album of a single artist or a compilation of tracks of various artists to be able to edit the info of a track on the ID3 Tag tab and in the Track Info dialog separately.
Subdirectory and Filename
Choose the needful track filename format using the combo-box. If you haven't found the mask you like you can create it yourself, press to open the Mask Editor.
Mask Editor
Using the Mask Editor you can create or customize masks according which tracks filenames are created.
1. Open the Mask Editor
Click button to open the Mask Editor.
2. Customize a mask
Choose a mask to customize in the Masks List (). It is shown in the Mask edit-box (). Use the Mask Buttons () or punctuation marks to create a suitable mask.

Click '<<< New Mask >>>' in the Masks List (). Use the Mask Buttons () or punctuation marks to create a suitable mask.
