First, specify the start and end positions of a CD segment.

Start (1) Specified start position (top border) of the segment in format Track/Minute/Second/Frame.

i Hint: For faster segment definition you can move thumbs on the slider.

End (2) Specified end position (bottom border) of the segment in format Track/Minute/Second/Frame.

i Hint: For faster segment definition you can move thumbs on the slider (3).

Play Time (4) The current play time length of the segment (in MB) with current top and bottom borders.
Size (5) The current size of the segment (in MB) with current top and bottom borders.
Button Button "Play" (6) Play the current segment.
Button "Stop" (6) Stop playing the current segment.
Checkbox "Loop" (7) Playing the segment in loop, i.e. when M3Producer reaches end border it begins playing the segment from its start border.
Filename (8) The name of the current segment. By default this value is set to "CDSegment".
Button "Set Unique Name" (9) Set the unique name of the segment according to top and bottom borders of the segment in the following way: "CDSegment 1. 0. 0. 0 - 16. 3. 44. 0" or "Track3Segment 2. 42. 70 - 5. 26. 17".
For example "Track3Segment 2. 42. 70 - 5. 26. 17" segment filename means following:
  • This segment is a piece of the third track - Track3Segment sub-string
  • Top border (start position of the segment) is 2 minutes, 42 seconds, 70 frames - 2. 42. 70 sub-string
  • Bottom border (end position of the segment) is 5 minutes, 26 seconds, 17 frames - 5. 26. 17 sub-string

i Note: The button is disabled when the "Automatically create segment filename" flag is on.

Automatically create segment filename (10) If you switch on this flag, any changes of the top and/or bottom border of the segment will be automatically applied to the segment name.
Delete all tracks from Track List when add a new segment (11) This option allows you to delete automatically all tracks from Track List, when you add a new segment definition. If the checkbox isn't marked a segment is added into Track List where all tracks remain.
