Please make sure you are connecting to the internet, otherwise Flashkeeper may fail to get what you want.

Click the Flashkeeper Icon button at IE toolbar.
Note: you can also reach the dialog box when you right click at the web site but outside of flash move;
If the web site you are visiting now contains flash files,the Download dialog appears with flash files listed in the box, and you can preview flash in the right preview box.
Click the Flash type in down arrow, or click Browse button to add a new type.
Then click Download.
